Shipping Policy

Shipping and Tracking of your order:

 

·        Shipping will be done via DRP Aquatics selected couriers or Australia Post at the time of shipping.

·        DRP Aquatics reserves the right to choose the courier or shipper they deem fit for their business and may change shippers at their own discretion at any time deemed necessary.

·        Clients will be informed via tracking numbers of which shipper has been used for their order.

·        Orders are despatched within two days of the order being placed and payment being received.

·        Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

 

Delivery times and delivery guarantees

 

·        DRP Aquatics take pride in getting your order packed and sent within two days of receiving the order and payment, however, we can unfortunately not take responsibility for deliveries to a wrong address by the shipper when we have provided the correct address on the shipping note, nor can we be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters or carrier delays.

·        In the event that you do not receive your parcel YOU NEED TO take the matter up with the selected shipper, being either the courier or Australia post.  DRP Aquatics will assist you with the tracking number and shipping label information where required.

 

Damaged goods:

 

·        In the event that you receive damaged goods (Where the product has leaked out of the packaging) you need to provide DRP Aquatics with photo evidence of the damage. We will investigate this and if it is found to be our responsibility we will replace the product with the same new product. If the damage is found to be by mishandling of the package by the shipper, we would recommend to the client to liaise with the shipper for a refund or replacement.

 

Shipping Fees:

 

·        Shipping Fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address and is for the account of the client.  

·        The standard shipping fee is calculated when placing your order and is shown on check out.

·        Satchels are used for small orders of between 3 and 5kg. Depending on the volume of the order we may need to pack it in a small box for shipping.

·        Maximum weight per box is 25kg including the weight of the box. If the weight is more than 25kg the load will be split into two or more boxes.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

 

·        We only ship product in Australia.
